Shane has helped us more times than we can count now. He has been very communicative, transparent, and more than fair. He definitely knows what he is doing and has the ability to take something complex (I have no knowledge of plumbing) and breaking it down in a concrete manner. He's had to dig through concrete to fix our plumbing issues and he does everything with a smile on his face. Highly highly recommend Shane!!

Great job! I had an urgent request for plumbing inspection on weekend and had little hope that I could find anyone. Shane was great - he was timely and communicative. We called him to snake our drain. It was a flat rate, so we knew what it was going to cost. I scheduled an appointment online, which was super easy, and then Shane was in communication with me to confirm the appointment and to let me know when he was on his way.
